– IT leaders continue evaluating the benefits of AI, with 57% of respondents indicating that their IT budgets allocate only 10% or less to AI investment.
– Security is always a top concern. According to 59% of respondents, disaster recovery/business continuity investment is driven by the threat of cyberattacks.
– Reducing IT costs ranks as the top priority for 45% of respondents. Determining where to focus is essential for substantial savings.
